We can be contacted at:

Our Services
gccmedlicense.com provides GCC medical licensing consultancy services including but not limited to:
- Free eligibility assessments and consultations
- DataFlow primary source verification management
- Document attestation coordination
- GCC licensing exam preparation support
- License application preparation and portal submission
- Eligibility assessments and specialty mapping
- Good standing certificate management
- License renewal and transfer management
Our services are consultancy and application management services only. We do not guarantee the issuance of any GCC medical license, as final licensing decisions are made solely by the relevant GCC health authority.
Important: Engagement of our services does not guarantee a successful licensing outcome. All licensing decisions rest entirely with the relevant GCC health authority (DHA, DOH, MOH, SCFHS, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA, Kuwait MOH etc.).
Fees & Payment
Our service fees are agreed individually with each client based on the specific services required, target country, and profession. All fees are communicated transparently before any service agreement is signed.
- Initial consultation — always free, with no obligation
- Service fee — agreed in writing before work commences, typically structured as a deposit plus milestone payments
- Authority fees — DataFlow fees, licensing authority fees, Prometric exam fees, and attestation fees are separate and paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed
- Currency — all fees quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
- Payment methods — bank transfer, or other methods as agreed
All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Work may be paused if payments are not received by agreed dates.
Refund Policy
Given the nature of consultancy and application management work, the following refund policy applies:
- Initial deposit — non-refundable once work has commenced (eligibility assessment completed and document checklist delivered)
- Service milestones paid — non-refundable where the milestone work has been completed (e.g. DataFlow submission, portal application submitted)
- Application rejection — in the event of application rejection due to an error on our part, we will manage the appeal or resubmission at no additional charge
- Client withdrawal — if you choose to withdraw from the process after work has commenced, fees paid for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Authority denial — if your application is denied by the health authority for reasons outside our control (eligibility issues, authority policy changes, exam failure), service fees paid are non-refundable
Note: We provide honest eligibility assessments upfront precisely to minimise the risk of ineligible applications proceeding. We will not commence work on applications we believe have a high risk of rejection.
Your Obligations as a Client

- Provide accurate information — all information and documents you provide to us must be accurate, genuine, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of services without refund
